Unsere Biokunststoffe eignen sich für die Anwendung in der Medizin-, Labortechnik und Pharma. Sie reduzieren den CO2 Fußabdruck um bis zu 85% und sind recyclingfähig. Unsere Materialien sind frei von kritischen Inhaltsstoffen oder Vorprodukten – aus Polymeren auf pflanzlicher Basis.

Biokunststoffe für Medizintechnik und Labor
Their single-use products, whether surgical instrument, IVD or laboratory product, are future-proof with MedEco plastics from BIOVOX. Free from critical substances such as BPA or phthalates, they have excellent proven biocompatibility. High strength and stiffness variants allow less material to be used; soft variants allow flexible components. Maximum transparency is also possible.
For instruments we recommend the following MedEco types:
Whether a sterile barrier as a hard or soft PET blister, or a simple, soft PE bag, your packaging will be climate-friendly and recyclable with our MedEco extrusion types. With up to 100% bio content and excellent properties as a monomaterial, the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will also lose its fright. Of course, our packaging plastics are also medical grade and meet the highest quality standards.

You can choose between materials with high melt stability for blow moulding and extrusion blow moulding and thin injection moulding materials. This way, you won't have any problems with extracables or leachables, but always pack sustainably.
