Our XPI C3 is ideally suited to replace fossil-based LDPE without much effort, or to switch from PVC to a sustainable material. MedEco XPI C3 is safe, sustainable, and the more cost-effective alternative to MedEco XPI C4.

Scope: CO2 savings potential for the material, based on equal mass, cradle-to-gate. The savings potential of >100% is achieved through the negative footprint of the MedEco-XPI family cradle-to-gate.
Concrete results depend on other factors such as product geometry and processing technology.
* PVC with 30% DEHP. Disposal is also a major problem with PVC; incineration releases dioxins, furans, and hydrochloric acid, which are highly hazardous to health and damaging to incineraton equipment.
