So m\u00fcssen sie zum Beispiel in Extraktionsstudien nachweisen, dass aus der Verpackung keine sch\u00e4dlichen Stoffe in die Arzneimittel gelangen &#8211; sogenannte Leachables und Extractables. Und dass keine Wechselwirkungen zwischen Verpackungsmaterial und Medikament auftreten; das wird in Interaktionsstudien nachgewiesen.<\/p><p>Die genaue Auslegung der Verpackung h\u00e4ngt ma\u00dfgeblich von der Art des pharmazeutischen Produktes ab. Prim\u00e4rverpackungen f\u00fcr fl\u00fcssige Impfstoffe etwa m\u00fcssen besonders hohe Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen. Bei Verpackungen f\u00fcr feste Pharmazeutika reicht oftmals eine Lebensmittelzulassung, die Nennung des Polymers und die Nennung von beigef\u00fcgten Zus\u00e4tzen nach der <b>European Pharmacopeia<\/b> aus. Die ECHA ver\u00f6ffentlicht eine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ffffff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/de\/registry-of-restriction-intentions\">&gt;&gt;Liste<\/a><\/span><\/span> \u00fcber die Absichten und Vorschl\u00e4ge zur Beschr\u00e4nkung von kritischen Stoffen. In dieser Liste kann der Fortschritt der Pr\u00fcfung beobachtet werden. Zu finden sind hier aktuell etwa Bisphenole und in PVC oft eingesetzte, kritische Substanzen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-380fcfe\" data-id=\"380fcfe\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21afa31 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"21afa31\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Gesundheitssch\u00e4dliche Substanzen in Verpackungsmaterialien<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f36ee8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f36ee8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pharmaverpackungen bestehen heute praktisch immer aus konventionellen Kunststoffen, meistens aus <\/span><b>PVC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, manchmal aus <\/span><b>PET<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>PP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> oder <\/span><b>PE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span> Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) etwa enth\u00e4lt oft Weichmacher, und diese stehen teilweise im Verdacht, reproduktionstoxisch wirksam zu sein. Polyethylen (PE) wie unser MedEco XYI und Polypropylen (PP) sind physiologisch in aller Regel unkritisch. Hier ist das Recycling ambivalent: w\u00e4hrend ein mechanisches Recycling in Monomaterialien sehr gut m\u00f6glich ist, ist ein medizin- und pharmakonformes, chemisches Recycling im Vergleich mit Polyestern nur ineffizient m\u00f6glich. Das muss im Kontext eines &#8222;Downcyclings&#8220; in gro\u00dfvolumige Industrieanwendungen nicht per se schlecht sein. Allerdings haben PE und PP eine geringere Barrierewirkung als z.B. Solche Verbund- oder Mehrschichtfolien nutzen mehrere Materialien, um <\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--nv-site-bg);\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform);\">unterschiedliche Eigenschaften miteinander zum kombinieren. Ziel ist ein optimaler Schutz des Inhaltes. Dabei gibt es zwei potenzielle Kritikpunkte: Erstens die potenzielle <\/span><\/span>Gef\u00e4hrdung<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: var(--bodyletterspacing); text-transform: var(--bodytexttransform);\">\u00a0f\u00fcr den Anwender, wenn im Mehrschichtsystem kritische Substanzen enthalten sind. Sie sind nicht nur sehr gut zur Folienproduktion und f\u00fcr Blasverfahren geeignet, sondern bringen einen sehr niedrigen CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck, sehr gute mechanische Eigenschaften und eine sehr gute Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit mit. Sie sind hochtransparent und bringen sehr gute Barriereeigenschaften (PEF) mit bzw. lassen sich entsprechend beschichten oder in Verbundsystemen einsetzen (PLA).
