Zum Beispiel bei Einwegprodukten aus dem OP. Diese k\u00f6nnen mit Blut oder Sekreten in Kontakt kommen und damit infekti\u00f6ses Material beinhalten. Hierf\u00fcr gibt es nat\u00fcrlich strengere Vorgaben. Aktuell, wird dieser M\u00fcll praktisch immer verbrannt. <strong>Dabei gibt es durchaus die M\u00f6glichkeit hier ein Wertstrom zu generieren.<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend die sogenannten Sharps (AS 18 01 01), wie Skalpelle, Spritzen usw. tats\u00e4chlich verbrannt werden m\u00fcssen, k\u00f6nnten Einweg-Kunststoffprodukte, wie etwa eine Single-Use-Pinzette recycelt werden. Hier gibt es aktuell auch einen theoretisch vorgezeichneten Weg: Daf\u00fcr muss der Kunststoffm\u00fcll <strong>gereinigt<\/strong> <strong>und<\/strong> <strong>dekontaminiert<\/strong> werden. Die Dekontamination muss nach Richtlinien des RKI erfolgen und abgenommen werden. Werkstoffe also, die sich f\u00fcr den Einsatz im hochregulierten medizinischen Bereich eignen. Die Wahl des geeigneten Recyclingverfahrens h\u00e4ngt von verschiedenen Faktoren ab, wie dem Kunststofftyp und den Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen. Diese Bausteine werden dann aufgereinigt, also von Additiven, Farbstoffen und \u00e4hnlichem befreit. Danach werden sie wieder zu Kunststoff zusammengesetzt, der die gleichen Eigenschaften wie frisch hergestellter Kunststoff aufweist. Dies erm\u00f6glicht <strong>hochwertiges Recycling auf derselben Qualit\u00e4tsstufe <\/strong>und mit gleicher Sicherheit, was besonders f\u00fcr das Gesundheitswesen unabdingbar ist. Zusammen mit der immer noch hohen Energie- und Ressourceneffizienz ist dieses Verfahren unsere erste Wahl f\u00fcr Medical Grade <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biovox.systems\/was-ist-biokunststoff\/\">Biokunststoffe<\/a>. Polyolefine wie PP und PE angewendet werden kann. Dabei wird der <strong>Kunststoff unter hohem Druck und Temperatur unkontrolliert gespalten<\/strong>. Es gibt hier aber einige Nachteile: Die Ausbeute ist niedrig (&lt;50%) und es entstehen <strong>viele Nebenprodukte<\/strong>, die teils nur noch als Brennstoff geeignet oder gar Sonderm\u00fcll sind. Zudem flie\u00dft dieser Wertstrom ganz weit vorne im Kreislauf ein \u2013 Pyrolyse\u00f6l ist ein Erd\u00f6l-Ersatz und daraus m\u00fcssen erstmal wieder Monomere und dann Polymere hergestellt werden. Mechanisches Recycling eignet sich f\u00fcr einfache Verpackungsprodukte, w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr medizinisch kritische Anwendungen ein chemisches Recycling ben\u00f6tigt wird. F\u00fcr letzteres sollten Werkstoffe gew\u00e4hlt werden, die sich besonders effizient chemisch recyceln lassen. Ein Beispiel hierf\u00fcr sind unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biovox.systems\/biovox-biokunststoffe\">MedEco Biokunststoffe<\/a>.<\/p><p>Ein weiterer Faktor ist das angestrebte <strong>Sterilisationsverfahren<\/strong>. Strahlenbasierte Sterilisationsverfahren, z.B. Gammastrahlen, R\u00f6ntgensterilisation oder E-Beam-Sterilisation, etwa k\u00f6nnen Kunststoffe beeintr\u00e4chtigen und deren mechanische Eigenschaften ver\u00e4ndern, insbesondere die Bruchdehnung oder Festigkeit verringern, oder durch Quervernetzung der Polymerketten die Aufschmelzbarkeit und damit die Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit
